Baroda’s gift card is a virtual card that has been loaded with payment data from RuPay. It is a very elegant way to gift your friends and relatives, and they can also shop on that same platform and buy the things that they want.
How do I get the card?
You are welcome to enter any of the shops at Baroda and purchase your Baroda gift card over the counter. There is no need for you to have a Baroda bank account in order to buy one.
How can I log in?
First, you must go to the Net Banking web page of Bank of Baroda. There, click on the button labelled ‘Retail User’. When you enter your user id, click on the enter button. On the next page, you will need to enter your username and password.
How do you check the balance of your funds?
For this you should check the balance on your gift card by visiting their website http://bobprepaid.yappay.in or by calling their customer care number 1800 1039 586 and by sending an email to bobsupport@yappay.in.
How can I receive money?
Login into the Customer Self Service Portal and register to become the beneficiary of the program. When you lose your mobile phone or find out that the information on your card has been compromised, quickly send your card to the customer care number.
How may I use it?
If you are purchasing things online, enter your card number, expiry date, and the 3-digit code on the back of your card. Some websites require you to list the name of the person who is giving or given a gift card. When you have that type of situation, insert the word ‘gift card’ into the field provided.
How may I get my password?
If the gift card that you are giving also comes with a pin, the pin number is written in the email, and the card number is written on the card. When retailers allow cardholders to choose their own pin, they should include in the email and on the retailer’s website the instructions on how to do that. The pin that you are going to be using can be chosen either online or over the phone.
Why are my gift cards not working?
Usually, the case is because the card has not been activated yet, that the amount that is being charged to the card is more than the available balance, or that the processing machine bumps up the amount that is credited to that card.
How do I get the card activated?
Locate and follow the instructions on how to activate the system. You may find these things on a sticker that is glued to the front of a card or printed on the back of a card.
When you are ready to redeem your gift card, enter the 16-digit gift card number that is printed on the front of the card.
