If you want to purchase things online, enter the card number, expiry date, and the CVV code of 3 digits on the back of your card. The website will require you the name of the person who is giving the card, so if that is the case, you may insert “gift card†in the field that is shown on the page. If the total value of the item that you are buying online exceeds the amount that is left on your card, you won’t be able to pay for that item. In these circumstances, the admin fee for that product should be paid to the distributor, Igodirect Group Pty Ltd, and not to indue.

How can we activate it using the mobile phone?
- Find out the steps for activating the system. People use stickers on the frontside of their cards, or they put them on the back of their cards.
- Find out the number of the gift card. It is possible to activate your gift card by entering the 16-digit gift card number that is printed on the front of your card.

How can I log in and check the balance of my Come True gift card?
Once you want to see the balance left in your card by going online to rewards.com.au, type in your card number and the pin that you have found by looking at the Scratch Panel of your card. Then, in the event that you are buying something, make sure that there is plenty of money on your card to cover the fee for the purchase.
