Argos Gift Cards can be used both online and in-store. You can choose from egift cards or physical gift cards. There are usually plastic or cardboard versions of those things.

At the time when you get the card, make sure that the number starts with 10000 and that it is secured by a 4-digit security pin. If you do not have a 4-digit pin on your credit card, you will not be able to use your card online, but you can still use your card in-store.

How can I pay for something?

You are allowed to pay for any item that Argos sells, and the delivery charge too, by gift card or egift card.

If your card does not work when you are on the internet, please check that the following things are in order:

  • Your card has not expired.
  • There is a 4-digit security pin.
  • The card number that you have chosen is 10000. That number is written on the card.

How many gift cards or egift cards do you think I can use to buy something?

There are five Argos gift cards or egift cards that you are allowed to purchase in one transaction. No one is prohibited from purchasing gift cards in stores.

You may pay for your orders with either gift cards or gift vouchers. Sometimes the payments made by means other than money are combined with other types of payment in order to pay the bill.

You can also use gift cards or egift cards to pay for things with paypal.

How can I be certain that my Argos gift card or Egift card is valid?

You can make purchases by clicking on the link titled ‘gift cards’.

When you arrive at the Balance Checker, enter the code twice.

  • It is your 20-digit card number.
  • There is a 4-digit security pin.
  • You are also permitted to take your gift card to any store and a staff member can check the balance at the till for you.

If you do not have a profile yet, click on Sign In/Join.

So, if you are shopping at a store, you can take your gift card or gift card to the till point. At that time, one of our employees will check to see if the balance on your account is still there.
